Morgan has been with the Hammocks since late September 2019. She is a Charlotte, NC native and lived in Morehead City for 2 years before moving to Wilmington in July 2019. She's been in the customer service industry for over 13 years and recently graduated with her Associates in Business Administration. She joined CAMS full time after interning during her final year of school. Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog Tobi!

Erin Moore
Assistant Community Manager eclary@camsmgt.com (910)457-3767 Erin joins The Hammocks team with several years of hospitality and customer service experience. She moved to the Southport/Oak Island area in 2012 to take on the role of Innkeeper at a local Bed and Breakfast, where she lived and worked on-site, managing both the B&B and neighboring motel. She also starting what became a thriving business in the service industry. Prior to moving, Erin lived in Wilmington, NC, where she attended UNCW and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree. When not working, Erin enjoys all that this area has to offer; she loves being on or near the water. You will often find her at the beach with the family, or on the sidelines of a soccer game rooting for her kids. |

He has been in the home improvement, maintenance, and management industries for over 20 years. John oversees the renovation projects currently underway at The Hammocks, as well as tackling the various day-to-day maintenance needs that arise on the property. John is a Charlotte, NC native, but also resided in Texas for 23 years before making his way back to North Carolina. When not working, he enjoys family time at the beach and fishing. |
